The Burkholder House is an 18th century stone home that has been beautifully restored to maintain its 18th century feel, while being fully handicap accessible, with all the modern amenities you would expect to find in a modern quilters retreat. This facility accomodates up to 8 people.

The Sewing Room features a large, well lit sewing room with ample table space and electrical outlets to accomodate your entire group. This room has lots of windows to allow in natural light, while giving you a scenic view of rural Lancaster County farmland. |

Food is an important part of any retreat, our modern eat-in kitchen with 2 refrigerators allows plenty of space for preparing a feast for your group. It features a large dining table that will easily seat 10 adults, and a bar which opens to the sewing room for that midday snack. |

| Grab a cup of coffee and settle in to one of our many rockers in the sitting room to catch up one what is happening in the lives of all your friends. |
